Early in my career as a photojournalist, I occasionally had the opportunity to photograph fashion shows. It’s easy to photograph a fashion show since the subjects are literally performing for the camera and the lighting is usually pretty good too. In these photos, you can see the models posing on stage, pretty routine stuff. The second photo offers a more interesting perspective of the event from back stage. Here you can see silhouettes of the models through the projection of art on the background. These shows were always fun to shoot but getting a creative shot wasn’t always easy.
